Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

 

Items purchased from MÒN may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.

 

To start a return or exchange, contact us at mon.becoming@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
